Returning your Purchase

Please visit our 'Returns Hub' to submit your request for a return, once this has been submitted you may continue to purchase your returns label below.

If you decide your purchase is not suitable or does not fit, you may return it to us for a Replacement or a Refund to the value of the purchased product.

Providing your purchase was made within 30 days of the date you wish to make a return, returns can be dealt with in the following way:

1) The quickest and easiest option is to simply re-package your order including all tags and paperwork and return it to us using any tracked service from any delivery provider in the UK, there is never an urgency from our perspective so do not be persuaded into Next Day Delivery or Guaranteed by 1pm.

A simple '48 hour Tracked' delivery service will be more than sufficient.

2) If you are local to our Retail Store in Bristol you are more than welcome to return the order to us personally and we will deal with your return/exchange in store.

3) If you would prefer we can provide you with a returns label which is valid with the Royal Mail. Some customers find posting a return themselves daunting so to help make your return as simple as possible we offer a £6.99 Return (Exchange) label and a £5.99 Return (Refund) label.

The label can be found with the link below, once the label is added to your basket and purchased you will be sent an e-mail with details of how to fill out and print your returns label via the Royal Mail website.

Please note it can take up to 24 hours for your label to be received, this will not affect your returns period.

Please ensure a £6.99 Exchange Label is used when you wish to make a return AND have an alternative size or product sent. Please note, orders which are returned for an exchange with a £5.99 label will incur an additional charge of £3.99 for return postage.

Orders which require a Refund will be refunded within in a minimum of 3 working days once the returned parcel is received at our retail store.Please note, the returned item must be unworn & in re-sellable condition including its original packaging, tags etc. Again, please enclose full details of your original order together with clear instructions for the style, size and colour you require. 

Returns made outside of the 30 day return period may be refused at our discretion and if accepted will be subject to a £10 restocking charge

Please contact us before making any return outside of this 30 day period. Where possible extensions will be provided for Christmas and other legitimate causes but this remains at our discretion. 

Customers who returns an order by simply applying tape and posting labels directly to the box will be charged £10 for a replacement box! Please wrap the shoe box in a posting bag, black bag or even wrapping paper to ensure the box is protected and therefore in great condition for the next customer.

Excessive returns may incur a re-stocking charge.

In the unfortunate case of an item which has developed a fault which has not been caused by misuse, please return it to us for inspection. Upon identification of a fault, we may refund any reasonable postage charge incurred by the customer, & send a replacement or issue a full refund. Before returning a product, you may wish to telephone our customer representative for help and advice with your problem? Please note, due to the extended delivery time, we are unable to accept the return of overseas orders sent by Surface Mail.
