Please visit our 'Returns Hub' to submit your return request, this will allow you to stay fully updated with the progress once your item has been despatched.
Once your request has been submitted please continue to purchase your returns label opposite.
We recently discovered that many customers can pay as much as £10 to £15 to return a standard pair of Dr Martens due to the weight of the parcel, we decided to create this low-cost returns label to make returning your order as cost-effective as possible.
Once you add this item to your basket, go to the checkout and complete your order.
You will then receive an e-mail notification once your payment has cleared, this will contain information regarding advice on how to fill out your returns label.
Once you have your returns label simply print it out, pop it on the box and take your order to the post office (please ensure you get a receipt, this will contain your tracking number).
If it is an exchange that you require please take the time to include a handwritten note inside the box stating the exact style, size and colour you wish to have in exchange.
Any additional information you believe may be useful can also be included on this note, information such as order number, mobile telephone number etc will mean we can process your return far quicker.
No printer? No problem. Royal Mail can print your returns label or postage label for you.
It works by sending a QR code to your mobile, which you take to either a Post Office branch or Royal Mail Customer Service Point (CSP).
They’ll scan the QR code, print the label, which you can then fix to your parcel and drop off while you’re there.
